Where do the supplier prices come from?
StitchedUp uses a live supplier database with real, up-to-date prices from suppliers including Reece Plumbing and Bunnings. You can also add your own prices and rates. Review the items, quantities and final pricing before sending your quote.
Can I use my own prices?
Yes. Use the live supplier database alongside your own Price Book. Add your own materials, services and labour rates, and set your materials markup and call-out fee. You control the final prices and review the quote before sending.
What if the AI misses something?
The AI creates a draft for you to review. You can change descriptions, quantities and prices, and add or remove items. Missing prices must be resolved before the quote can be sent.
Do I have to use AI?
No. Build a quote manually, pick items from your Price Book or insert a reusable quote template. AI is there when you want help turning job notes into a draft.
Does my customer need an account?
No. Your customer opens a public quote link to see the details and accept or decline online. They don’t need a StitchedUp login or an app.
Can I turn the quote into an invoice?
Yes. Once a quote is accepted, you can create an invoice with its line items and GST totals carried across.
